Holyrood Distillery is Edinburgh's only city centre whisky distillery. With the opportunity to bring single malt distilling back to the city after almost 100 years, Holyrood Distillery does so with experimentation and innovation, while being inspired by Edinburgh's rich brewing and distilling heritage. Unconstrained by category and tradition, Holyrood is a distinctively different spirits company, offering a distinctly different distillery experience.
